In 2010, I lost my brother Ryan to suicide following his deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. The unseen wounds of war—PTSD, isolation, and the silent weight of transition—took him from us far too soon. For years, I’ve wrestled with the question: what if he had found the right kind of support, the right kind of story to hold onto?

Fourteen years later, I’ve turned that question into a mission.

I’m a filmmaker and storyfinder dedicated to elevating the voices of veterans and those who serve them. My work is focused on helping veteran support groups and veteran-owned businesses solve outreach and fundraising challenges through intentional, character-driven storytelling.

Most recently, I partnered with the Equine Valor Project to tell the story of how horse therapy helps veterans transition into civilian life with dignity, connection, and healing. I approach every story not just as a filmmaker, but as someone who deeply understands what’s at stake—because I’ve lived it.
